Aris-Apea Villas

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in den Apea Villas. Wirklich komfortabler Aufenthalt in einer atemberaubenden Umgebung. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Lila für all ihre Bemühungen und die köstlichen Kuchen, die alles zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht haben!

Fantastische Lage mit Aussicht über die Bucht. Bautechnisch und architektonisch super. Infrastruktur mit Waschmaschine etc. ausgezeichnet. Service vor Ort ausgezeichnet.

Our stay was very comfortable. The terrace and view are spectacular. The amenities are good. We enjoyed the location, Limeni is a lovely spot and only minutes away. Aeropolis, the town up the hill, offers a wide array of dining options, shops and supermarket. Lila the Housekeeper is a treasure and extremely thoughtful about making everyone's stay great. Two minor points: the access to the drive and parking is not that easy; the downstairs bedroom is actually the basement and has only a small window, but fine for sleeping.

We have just spent 5 nights at Limeni and stayed at Villa Arte - Apea Villas, it was the most picturesque villa we have ever stayed in. The actual villa was very spacious and well set out, the verandas had the most spectacular views of Limeni below, the pool area was so lovely to relax around after a day at the beach. The view was breath taking. Our hosts and Mrs Lina was so helpful making sure we had everything we wanted. They left us little treats and local produce to make our stay so enjoyable. We also loved the set up of the villas where we made friends with our neighbours around the pool area. We wish our stay was longer.

A lovely holiday home with panoramic sea views. Very clean and modern. The housekeeper Leila was amazing, really friendly and kind and brought us little presents of home baking anf figs regularly.

Es hat einfach alles gepasst und es war traumhaft. Lila hat uns sehr nett empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr gut betreut.

Paradiesischer Ort mit herrlicher Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super gut gelegen. Ich danke besonders für den herzlichen Empfang und die große Freundlichkeit einer großen Dame , Lila, die uns noch mehr Magie gebracht hat. Wir verlassen dieses Haus mit großem Bedauern, dass wir nicht länger dort bleiben können!

Our stay at this beautiful house in Limeni was absolutely perfect! Lila was an exceptional host, greeting us with freshly baked goods and freshly squeezed juice upon arrival. The location of the house is stunning, perched on a hillside with breathtaking views. We enjoyed many evenings dining with a sunset backdrop, which was truly magical. The pool was another highlight, offering a serene spot to relax with an incredible view of the sea. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Peloponnese. Thank you, Lila, for making our stay unforgettable!

Breathtaking view and place. Host extremely responsive. As soon as we arrive, the site manager Lila welcomed us with local treats and throughout the stay had little attentions for us and specially the children. place is spotless, beds are comfortable, bathrooms as well. kitchen works well but obviously has not been used much by families and a few items were missing to be able to cook comfortably, but we made suggestions to host and he added the accessories. the only thing still missing is a microwave... not very design I agree. regarding the area, it s pure beauty and plenty of sightseeing. We were not fond of Limeni restaurants: we are foodies and found the relation price-quality quite bad compared to other areas of the Peloponnese. But the view makes it all worth it, the clear waters, and swimming close to turles! warning, we went early May and water was probably around 17degrees celsius!

Excellent choice of furniture, excellent location,full array of amenities. Overall a newly built ,spacious condo with high aesthetic.

Dieses wunderschöne Haus ist umwerfend! Der Blick von jedem Zimmer ist atemberaubend. Die äußerst nette Haushälterin Lila hat uns den Aufenthalt mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Säften versüßt und uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Der Pool muss mit den anderen Häusern geteilt werden, war für uns aber kein Problem, da wir fast immer alleine waren. Die beiden Dörfer Limeni und Areopoli sind gut für einen abendlichen Ausflug in eine Bar oder Taverne und wunderschön, auch sehr nah gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

We loved our stay. It was so clean, the view was breathtaking and the pool was a hit! All amenities provided! So comfortable. Lila who greeted us was so thorough and friendly. 10/10 Can’t wait to come again! What a fabulous way to see this breathtaking region of Greece!

This is a gorgeous house, the pool is beautiful and the view from the pool area is worth the price alone! Limeni is a lovely little town with great food and excellent swimming. Areopoli has good shops, bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful week staying at APEA. Lila, the housekeeper, is lovely and made us very welcome. The only comment is about the parking - it was sometimes difficult to park when all the other guests were present. It was fine, though as we parked on the approach road sometimes. You really need to rent a car to visit this property but it makes for a great holiday.

It was a magical stay. Leila is the best housekeeper you could ever wish for! The view is magnificent and we enjoyed every second and sunset here. Sharing the pool with the other guests was not a problem. The kitchen is very well equipped with a French press, the Greek coffee pot and a manual orange juice juicer. I’d strongly suggest to visit this area by car. Happy to recommend.

Stunning! Absolutely paradise in peaceful surroundings with a stunning vista! We were greeted by Elena who provided some lovely fresh baked goods & honey. We were in one of the shared pool villas & neighbors were very friendly and kind. Each villa has its own pool seating area which is very nice to have. Great space to spread out & very clean. One bedroom is on a lower level with a very small window but we didn’t spend anytime indoors except for sleeping. Great location to drive into small villages. We would love to come back someday!

Amazing villa, will definitely be coming back. The location was perfect and very close to Limeni and Areopoli. The views are stunning and the space was extremely clean. We also loved our house keeper Lila, she was very responsive to all our needs and made us feel very comfortable and would give us surprise snacks everyday! Highly recommend!

Wonderfull place and location. The view on Limeni bay is breathtaking. The residence (which counts 4 separate houses) is very well conceived, brand new and confortable. Our house was perfect for our family of 4 with a nice parents bedroom and a kids bedroom in the basement. The pool area which we shared with 2 other houses (was not a problem) was beautifull. Limeni is a good location to explore South Mani. Thank you very much for those great holidays!

This a very comfortable, spacious place (ARIS) with gorgeous views of Oitylo Bay. It is 5 minutes away from both Limeni and Areopoli, so you are close to both places but far from the summer traffic and crowds. Note that you'll have to drive down the hill if you want to go to Limeni for a swim, there is no path down to the water, but even in August it was straightforward to find a parking spot in Limeni. Being up on the hill has the advantage of being able to enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises away from the crowds and next to the swimming pool. There's AC in the living room / kitchen area and in each individual room, and it works great, which is important in the summer. The hosts and staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating and communication was easy and straightforward. I would definitely stay again at APEA ARIS, and I hope to do so again in the future.

Beautiful house, brand new, even better than photos When we arrived mrs Lila Wait for us and she explained everything about the house.The refrigerator was full of water juices and every morning mrs Lila brought to us fresh orange juice cakes pies cheese and homemade bread. It was a hotel experience with everyday cleaning in the room. The linens and the towels was of excellent quality. There was towels for the pool too. The location is stunning the pool very clean with all the facilities. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.
